2001 - 40' Kit Patio Hauler - 12'9" height - very nice, nearly 400 sq feet of living space with the slides! I'm 6'4" and can walk, with boots on, through out the 5th wheel with no problem. Shower is even nice and large enough for me.
In Excellent Condition. Is not cleaned up... Is Currently in Use (by adults)! Being used for tradeshows
 
   
Over $3,000 was spent on the graphics on this 5th wheel, for advertising. If buyer agrees to leave the graphics on the outside (for continued advertising) they will be paid a negotiated amount (depending on how much the 5th wheel is being used, and where it's being parked) each year the graphics are left on the trailer, so long on the trailer is kept clean and actually used (where people can see the graphics).
       
       
   
The Back opens up to a "garage" or "patio" with pop up screened windows, the opened windows and back door offer shade on sunny days, and protection from the rain on those days. Currently being used for trade shows, and storage (when months on the road) - perfect for motorcycles, golf cart, bikes, etc. Has wet floor, and separate pass through (locking) door into living quarters. MASSIVE STORAGE compartments!

I MAY OFFER PARTIAL FINANCING, with approved credit and sizable down payment. May consider some trades (probably not for other vehicles). I am interested in some flat, usable land (preferably in OR, CA, or CO near one of the interstates I regularly travel); however, any such land must be zoned to allow me to park an RV there - and have no building requirements, or time restrictions.
